Arindam has spent the past 30 years in various Industries including leadership roles across Business Development, Account Management, Learning and Development and Training, with People Management integrated across all these roles. During this period, he has worked with global clients across Insurance, Telecom Office Automation and FMCD sectors He has had experience in setting up and growing operations for different clients across industries. A post graduate in Management from IIM Kolkata, he has spent most of his professional career in the areas of Market Development and Product management.

A keen student of Consumer Behavior, Arindam has always enjoyed use of analytics in creating predictive models. He has been a core team member in many a product launches in his career. He believes that analysis and ability to influence consumer behavior is the key to any marketing success. Arindam has also ventured into the area of Business consulting, wherein he uses his hands on experience in the Industry and his Knowledge of various Management models to create workable solutions for his clients. In the last Three years he has been focusing in the areas of Automation of the Agriculture Value chain using Data and Technology. He is exploring the use of Real Time Governance in Agriculture to bring about more standardization and Predictability
