• Define Problem :

We begin our engagement with understanding of the definition of the problem we are seeking to solve. We will try to isolate the symptoms of the problems from the Root cause. This enables both the parties to address the Problem instead of tackling the symptoms. Arriving at the Root Cause is fundamental to any of our Solutions approach

• Demystify Objectives :

This step in our approach is very significant. At this stage we arrive at the objectives of the interventions. Chasing the right objective using a SMART approach ensures achievement of the same in a calibrated manner. It leaves no room for any confusion . It also helps in defining the scope of the engagement

• Develop Solutions :

In this phase we discuss alternate approaches to Solutions with the client. It also involve deeper study of Feasibility Analysis , Risk Analysis, Cost Analysis, Scalability, Long Term , Medium Term and Short term viability etc. It also involves choice of the most optimum approach under the circumstances. At times Plan A and Plan B are decided with switching parameters

• Design Implementation plans :

In this phase the entire implementation plan along with timelines are firmed up. Resources and Task allocations are finalised. Accountability and Responsibilities are fixed. Start, Review and end dates are agreed upon. Project Management Plan put in place

• Demarcate Effectiveness :

This is a very critical component of our approach. We agree upon a set of Effectiveness and Efficiency parameters which are continually monitored. It leaves a scope for switching to alternate plans if desired Results and incremental objectives are not met. It adds an element of flexibility to the planning approach

• Deliberate on Critical Success Factors :

Post analysis of the effectiveness of the project, we conduct a due diligence of the entire project. We examine, the Success achievement or Non achievement on a very wide canvas. We review the Forces both external and internal that impacted the results. We arrive at Critical Success Factor which generally help us in taking Necessary, Pre-emptive and Preventive decisions in future planning. This phase helps in building our experience archive for the future

• Debrief closure :

This the last step in the specific project engagement. At this stage we conduct a debrief of the entire project engagement. We submit documentation of the entire engagement and if necessary conduct training if it is included in the scope.
